'Following me' is the latest Facebook hoax : You may have seen a Facebook post, instructing users to type "following me" in the blocked users section in a user's settings.

When you type 'Following me" it searches Facebook and lists out a list of people that have the words 'Follow' and 'Me' somewhere in their profile.
